Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods. Another Round does not staff the warehouse on weekends and therefor orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. 

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Another Round Disc Golf is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Another Round Disc Golf is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Another Round Disc Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

International Shipping (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to approved destinations. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size or destination.
