PUTTER: A putter is a type of disc specifically designed for putting or short-range(approach) shots. These discs typically have a smaller diameter and a straighter flight path than other types of discs. They are often made of a more flexible plastic and have a lower speed rating compared to other types of discs.

MIDRANGE: A midrange disc, also known as a "mid", is a type of disc that is designed for medium-range shots. These discs typically have a larger diameter than putters but smaller than drivers and are made of a more durable plastic. They have a moderate speed rating, and their flight path is generally straighter than that of a driver but more curved than that of a putter. They are used by players to make controlled shots that cover a longer distance than a putter shot, but not as far as a driver shot. They are versatile and can be used for different types of shots such as approach, upshot, and flex shots. They are also a good option for players who are learning the sport.

FAIRWAY DRIVER: A fairway driver, also known as a "control" driver, is a type of golf disc that is designed for longer-range shots than a putter or a mid. These discs typically have a larger diameter than putters and midrange discs and are made of a more commonly bagged in higher quality plastic. They have a moderate to high speed rating, and their flight path is generally more curved than that of a midrange disc but less curved than that of a distance driver. They are used by players to make longer shots that cover a greater distance than a mid. Their speed makes them less overstable than distance drivers, and this makes them more controllable, and easier to predict the flight path. They are a good option for players who are looking for a disc that can cover a long distance but still maintain a good level of control.

DISTANCE DRIVER: A distance driver is a type of disc that is designed for maximum distance shots. These discs typically have a larger diameter than putters and mids and are also mostly sold in high quality or "premium" plastic. They have a high speed rating, 10 speed or above. They are used by players to make the longest shots possible on the course. Due to their speed they're more overstable than fairway drivers. They are a good option for players who are looking for a disc that can cover a maximum distance and have a good level of control. However, they require more skill and experience to throw than other types of discs, and are not recommended for beginners.
